As used in these Terms of Use, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below.
"Our Company" means Medical Life Co., Ltd.
"This service" means our agency service for importing foreign medicines.
"Customer" means a doctor or healthcare professional who uses the Service.
"Terms" means the Agreement for use of this service.
Our Company undertakes the importation of pharmaceutical products at the request of the customer on behalf of the customer.
Our Company provides support in all aspects of personal importation, including contacting the source of shipment, placing orders, making payments, obtaining import certificates, and completing customs formalities.
Our company provides support services in accordance with the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act.
Please note that we are not able to perform any activities that would give effect to importation (such as direct delivery or sale of goods) in accordance with the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act.
Upon receipt of the power of attorney and a copy of the medical license from the Customer, the Customer is deemed to have applied for this service.

Customers are responsible for the above charges.
Fees will vary depending on the quantity of goods.
The total amount including handling fees and taxes will be provided at the time of quotation.
In principle, we do not issue receipts for agency services.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all bank transfer fees.
The delivery address is the Customer's Belonging Clinic location in Japan.
The Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act prohibits anyone other than the Customer (the importer) from receiving the goods.
(Third parties, including Our Company, are not allowed to receive the goods.)
We do not unpack, inspect, or collect packing materials upon arrival.
Products are expected to be delivered to customers within 2 to 4 weeks from the date of order.
However, delivery may be delayed due to manufacturer's stock-out, delay in air shipment, or customs clearance.
We will inform you of the delivery status as needed, but please understand in advance.
Due to the nature of personal importation, Our Company cannot accept cancellations or returns after an order has been placed.
The outer box and container may be slightly deformed due to impact during delivery.
We ask for your shipment to be sent in as strict packaging as possible, but please understand if there is no problem with the use of medicines.
Packaging of overseas products may differ or change depending on the lot.
Please note that we cannot exchange products due to package changes.
Our business is a personal import agency service.
Since the customer is the importer, we ask that you use this service at your own risk after thoroughly checking the laws and regulations.
*All responsibility for importation of pharmaceutical products belongs to the importer.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the customer in the event that the customer is involved in any trouble or suffers any disadvantage when using our services.
Our Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without obtaining Customer's consent.
